Целью конкурса является более полное и объективное информирование избирателей о ходе подготовки к проведению выборов, повышение уровня профессиональной подготовки членов избирательных комиссий, формирование представлений об избирательном праве у участников избирательного процесса. 27 марта подведены итоги и определены победители конкурса, которым вручены дипломы и присуждены премии.Всего в конкурсе приняло участие 14 территориальных и участковых избирательных комиссий Республики Тыва. Более активными оказались участковые комиссии города Кызыла.Первая премия в размере 7 тыс. рублей среди территориальных комиссий присуждена территориальной избирательной комиссии города Ак-Довурак, председателем которой является - М.Х. Лундуп. Вторую премию - 5 тыс. рублей получила Овюрская территориальная избирательная комиссия.Первую премию в размере 7 тыс. рублей за лучшую организацию работы среди участковых избирательных комиссий заслуженно получила Чыраа-Бажынская участковая избирательная комиссия № 67 Дзун-Хемчикского кожууна. Диплом 1 степени и денежная премия в размере 10 тысяч рублей присуждена клубу молодого избирателя "Голос молодежи" при историческом факультете Тувинского государственного университета.Активом молодежного клуба организована и проведена неделя правовой культуры для студентов "Я - Избиратель!". Новости сайта ИЦ Mon, 27 Feb 2012 18:12:00 +0800 Специалисты «Тывасвязьинформ» и «Ростелекома» 25 февраля 2012 года завершили в Республике Тыва установку веб-камер.       Одним из новшеств предстоящих выборов является оснащение мест голосования веб-камерами. Всего в Республике Тыва было установлено 362 веб-камеры на 181 участке. Из них 102 участка оборудованы наземными каналами связи, 79 участка спутниковыми каналами связи.     Без камер осталось 2 участка, поскольку по постановлению ЦИК России исключаются избирательные участки, образованные в труднодоступных и отдаленных местностях, где нет возможности передачи информации по техническим каналам связи.      Постановлением Центральной избирательной комиссии Российской Федерации от 16 февраля 2012 года была утверждена Инструкция о порядке использования средств видеонаблюдения и трансляции изображения участковыми избирательными комиссиями на выборах Президента Российской Федерации 4 марта 2012 года. В Инструкции подробно разъясняется алгоритм работы участковой комиссии с использованием видеонаблюдения накануне дня голосования, в день голосования до окончания времени голосования, а также использование видеонаблюдения по окончании времени голосования.    В состав комплексов, которыми оборудуют комиссии, входят по две веб-камеры. Одна смотрит на помещение, где избиратели получают бюллетени. Сам процесс заполнения человеком бюллетеня, то есть непосредственно момент его волеизъявления, не фиксируется. Вторая камера направлена на стационарный избирательный ящик. В объектив попадают только руки, опускающие бюллетени.    Напомним, трансляция полученного изображения осуществляется на специальной странице сайта в интернете http://webvybory2012.ru/. Время трансляции - с момента начала работы УИК в день голосования до 20 часов по местному времени и с 21 часа по московскому времени до завершения всех избирательных действий в помещении для голосования. Камеры будут показывать в режиме реального времени ситуацию на избирательных участках и во время голосования, и в ходе подсчета голосов.
